I cannot say enough good things about this marvel. I absolutely love it and have noticed that I brush my teeth more frequently and for much longer.

I’ve owned several Sonicare products over the years and this is the first one that died (after 9 months). With minimal hassle, the manufacturer of this product agreed to send me another unit. What I really appreciate is that they are sending me new unit before I send back the old one (they will include a label).

This is my 3rd Sonicare and they FINALLY got the head design right. Older models were notoriously hard to clean and would collect water and get mildew. Sonicare has adopted a design similar to Oral-B (the way the brush head attaches to the handle). This model is MUCH easier to keep clean and also has a much smaller diameter handle (probably half the size of the first Sonicare I had). Also comes with a smaller travel charger (though you can make it at least 2 weeks on a full charge).

The only con is that the 5 modes are a bit overkill and I somehow often accidentally change out of the normal mode. Otherwise, this is an all around great toothbrush.
